How do I choose a server location?

Typically, the location physically closest to you will give you the lowest ping and most stable connection. However, in some cases you might have users connecting around the world. In these cases, you’ll have to figure out which location will offer reasonable pings to those connecting to the server. For example, if you have users connecting from the east coast united states and the west coast united states, it might be best to go with our Dallas location as it will give everyone a reasonable ping. If for some reason you do not like your location, you can request a location change my filling out a ticket in our billing panel.
