Today we are happy to announce the final stages of our Ventrilo Services migration. Over the next 5 hours we will be moving all Ventrilo customers to our new and vastly improved Control Panel on the UGT-Servers.com network. We look forward to offering you free custom hostnames, an improved support system and an feature rich Control Panel.

To keep the service impacting interruptions to a minimum we will be migrating one location at a time time. Each active Ventrilo Server will be added to the new Control Panel prior to copying your current configuration over. Do not worry all current server settings including users, channels, configurations, port number and hostnames will be preserved. Once your configuration files have been moved to the new Control Panel we will send a Welcome Email to the address on file to inform you that the migration has been completed on your account and will include your login details to the New Control Panel.

To minimize confusion to your users that may be disconnected during the migration period, please ask all users to use the hostname that was assigned to you at sign up. If you are unsure what the host name is, please contact us by opening a ticket at the new Control Panel. Also, if you have any questions about this email or migration process, please do not hesitate to ask.
